Dear Parents and Carers

The Friends of Davington Primary School are delighted to invite you to join the summer fête on Saturday 13th July. The summer fete has traditionally been the main event of the academic year, bringing together the entire school community to celebrate together. This year we are teaming up with West Faversham Community Centre, who will bring their expertise (and inflatables) to the school. We are confident the fete will be a great day but need your help to make this event a success.

How can you help and get involved?

The PTFA are a very small team and will require volunteers to assist with the summer fête on the day. If you think you could help with any of the following please get in touch, we would be extremely grateful.

- setting up before the fete (10:00-12:00)

- share the running of a stall (you can volunteer as individuals or as a group of friends)

- clearing up (15:00-16:30)

Please email ptfa@davington.kent.sch.uk to add your name to the volunteers list or fill in the form at the end of the letter.

Please look out for further details nearer the time, when we will be asking for your donations of bottles, toys and books.

Additionally, if you have a local business and would like to run a stall to make a contribution to the fête, whilst promoting your business please contact us.
